  • For reservations, kindly forward us the exact travel dates. 25% of total package cost has to be deposited as advance payment, on confirmation of the package, and the balance payment on Arrival.
  • Advance Payment can be made by Fund Transfer / Cheque / Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallet / UPI / EMI Options. All reservations subject to Availability at the time of bookings only.
  • In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s whatsoever, we must be intimated in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your letter.
  • For Houseboat booking for 21 hours the Check in time is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM. Any delay in check in time will not be compensated by extending the checkout time, A/C operates in the bedroom.
  • In case of any Complaints or dissatisfaction, the same should be informed immediately to the concerned Tour Executive and we will try to resolve the same if it is within our limits or constraints and no complaints will be entertained after utilizing the service
  • Any Service taken excluding in this itinerary will be payable by Customer.
  • Similar category hotels will be arranged if rooms are unavailable in above listed hotels.
  • Any change in the date of travel or the number of persons travelling the tour cost offered may vary.
  • Kindly confirm the above as a reply to initiate bookings, To re-confirm your reservation You may make the advance payment before the cut-off date to either of the bank accounts and inform transaction details through email
  • International Group tour rate will not be provided if members are more than 100.
  • Group Tour more than 100 will be finalized and rate will be provided only on Direct meeting confirmation with Marketing Manager.
  • All group tour will be paid directly on current account and no liquid Cash will be accepted.
  • Group Tour will be handled by Only marketing manager and 2 company staff will be allocated for each 100 Guest.
  • In Case of cancellation is made any time not less than 16 days prior to departure, 35% of trip cost shall be deducted
  • In Case of cancellation is made 15 to 07 days prior to departure, 60% of trip cost shall be deducted
  • If cancellation is made 06 to 03 day prior to departure, 85% of trip cost shall be deducted
  • In case of No Show, 100% trip cost shall be deducted
  • Any Third party Service like Bus,Train, Flight, Breakdown or Delay will not be refunded from our side and our company will not be responsible for such delay or breakdown.

Reservation terms:
Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance balance 50% to be paid prior to the commencement of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis. Please find the account details as follows.

Day 1 : Trivandrum – Kovalam

After arrival at Airport, proceed to resort and Overnight stay in Kovalam

Day 2: Kovalam

Enjoy the picture square country side. Evening Relax at the Kovalam Beach & Visit poovar Beach (Kanyakumari Day Trip Optional ). Over Night stay at Kovalam.

Day 3: Kovalam

(Full Day) Sightseeing trip in Thiruvanthapuram and places of interest are the Secretariat, Museum, Mini Zoo, and the famous Padmanabha Temple (optional). Relax once again on the pristine Kovalam Beach. Over Night stay at Kovalam.

Day 4: Kovalam – Alleppey

(180Kms – 4.5hrs) Proceed to Alleppey and check into House boat in the afternoon. A day cruise along the backwaters to enjoy the country side. Over Night stay in the House Boat Alleppey.

Day 5: Alleppey – Kumarakom (Forenoon)

(35 Kms – 1 hrs.) Enrooted acquaint yourself with the different kinds of herbs grown in the region by visiting the Birds Sanctuary. Afternoon Check in to the resort in Kumarakom overnight stay in Kumarakom.

Day 6: Kumarakom - Thekkady (Forenoon)

(140 Kms. 3.5 hrs.) Moving in a south easterly direction the long winding roads along the Western Ghats will lead to Thekkady and break off for a quick bite! Over Night stay at Thekkady.

Day 8: Thekkady - Munnar

(110 Kms - 3.5 Hrs.) The weather gets transformed from hot humid heat to a pleasant temperate climate as you can send into the hills. In the afternoon hours, visit Kundala Arch dam, on the way down pass via Echo Point, Mattupetty, Elephant Camp and Rose Garden. Night halt at Munnar.

Day 7: Thekkady

Morning Proceed to Periyar Tiger Reserve and enjoy the boat ride in the Periyar Lake Please book ticket online in advance to avoid rush.. Get to see the flora and fauna from the safety of the boat. Visit the Kadathanadan Kalari Centre and get treated to a show of art and culture of Kerala. Over Night stay at Thekkady

Day 9: Munnar (Forenoon)

Visit the Rajamalai National Park. While inside the park, breathe taking View of the Anamudi peak (the highest peak south of the Himalayan range) with a flowing silverCascading fall is a delight to the eyes. (Afternoon) – Kannan Devan Tea Museum provides an interesting insight about the history, culture, Tea plantation and tea processing. On conclusion of the days trip a visit to the local bazaar sums up the day. Night halt at Munnar.

Day 10: Munnar – Cochin

(140Kms – 4.5 Hrs) After check out from Hotel. On the way a brief halt at the Cheeyapara & Valara waterfalls proceed to Cochin. In afternoon Hours visit to Fort Kochi. The unique Chinese fishing nets can be seen. You will need a bit of luck to see the fishermen harvesting the produce. Take a short walk through Fort Kochi, and see the architectural beauty of the Santa Cruz Basilica. Proceed to Mattancherry, and get to see the Dutch Palace. The palace showcases the history of the region in the 14/15th century A.D. A walk on the Jew Street will re live the nostalgic memories of the Jew settlers of that period. The Jew synagogue and the cemetery can also be visited, which has inscription from the Hebrew language. In the evening hours visit the Marine Drive. Enjoy a boat ride in the back waters.

Day 11: Cochin

Morning Proceed to Aithrapally Water Falls and in afternoon Hours visit Cherai Beach. After sunset, spend the leisure hours at the Lulu Mall, perhaps one of the biggest (in area) in South India. Night halt at Cochin.

Day 12: Cochin

Morning Check Out from Hotel ,Proceed to Airport/Railway station for your onward destination.
